Packing peanuts should have completely surrounded the inside box. The top side of the inside box did not have any peanuts, only on sides and bottom. Item was sold at a good price. Shipping time was average.

Timely delivery of accurately described product that works.

Everything was good, except I didn't receive any kind of shipping notification or tracking number, and I verified that my email was correct.

shipping was good but buy the time I got tracking info it was set to be delivered Alittle quicker on the posting of tracking and I would have given a 10

I placed an order and then after my 7-10 days of ship time wait, I finally figured out I wasn't getting my order. After running around their website for any kind of information, about 20 mins later I found that my order wasn't even shipped yet (waiting to call me first). I so far have been able to get in touch with anyone at the company and so far have been unable to cancel my order. (more)

I was pleased that Axiontech contacted me about product availability. I had no issues with the timelyness of the delivery.

Slow filling of order, was listed as "packed" but not shipped for 2 days

I placed an order with this company for a product that had a rebate posted on their web site. After pulling up the rebate form I found out that the rebate had expired. I canceled the order. They called ME back explaining to me that they had extended the rebate period with the manufacturer and that a new form would be sent to me via email that day. Over the course of the next week I had talked to them on four different occasions and the response was the same every time which was they would send me the rebate form that day. I have not received the rebate to this day. They lied to me in order to keep my order and have since blown me off. BUYERS BE AWARE!!! THIS IS A COMPANY YOU DO NOT WANT... (more)
