Handle was broken on unit...making it useless for a support. ON-OFF SWITCH WAS IN ON POSITION...indicating someone had previously purchased the unit & RETURNED FOR REPLACEMENT. AXIONTECH "off loaded" the defective merchandise on me. A second order...
