I was not happy to discover my order had been backordered even though I was not aware of it. I was without a power supply for an extra week because they did not have it in stock and did not notify me.

the image of the product and description of my product appeared to contain, periffial hardware as well.. and the data descripton of the product ... also appeared to indicate that a keyboard, mouse, and monitor was included in the order...
