I paid $14.95 for bench testing this computer prior to shipping; there is no paperwork/indication that this was done. I am concerned about this omission, which could indicate fraud, but I am reserving judgement at this time.

First item ordered showed instock, then I received email that said it was discontinued. Reordered another item, keyboard and mouse, and received item OK, but did not receive install cd with items. Overall not a great experience

Super experience. I messed up my zip code (fast fingers) and they called me to straighten it out withing 1 day. Super fast shipping and I got the item way ahead of schedule. I'll be back!
