I'm a local (Cedar Park) customer, and would've found it preferntial to pick-up my order rather than paying shipping and having to wait for it. I'd love to see you offer a pick-up perk to your local customers. :)

Took longer than expected for shipping. Installed the cartridges took quite awhile to align them. If I do decide to get them from you again, and I have problems like this again. I gaurantee you I will not do business or recomend your business

Was happy with the price. I thought they would get here quicker when I paid extra to get them shipped. Took them a few days to get my order shipped.

took me a minute to take off the cover's on the cartridges. I do like that the idea of the covers. I'm hoping that when I do more printing the ink will be more vibrant. Right now it's vary faint.

IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO RECEIVE THE INK I ORDERED. IT ARRIVED TODAY
11/9/2009 AND THE PACKAGE WAS OPEN, I HAD ORDERED 3 BLACK AND ON COLOR, I RECEIVED ONLY 2 BLACK AND ONE IN COLOR, I AM MISSING ONE BLACK.
