I love the ring I purchased from Ross Simons, but I was very disappointed that the ring was too big and slips from my finger. The product was only offered in full size range, so I was unable to order a size 5 1/2. Customer service confirmed this.

This is my second Christimas time order from R&S and I was very pleased. R&S shipped the item to me via fee next day UPS delivery.

Ross-Simons has great diamond jewellery at affordable prices. I especially like when they show the carat weight, colour and clarity on most items. They are hiding shoddy diamonds by not advertising what you are buying.

I may return. I expected the earrings to be larger. It is partially my fault for not paying more attention to the description, but I also feel the picture was misleading. They made the earrings look so large instead of allowing cust. to zoom

I did not expect the stones to appear as opaque as they are. I purchased a matching rose quartz earrings and a ring. However, they are pretty. Just not what I expected.

Order was placed on Thursday evening, 11/19. Order was not shipped until next Monday with 2 day shipping. Website states orders placed by 10:30 am will be shipped same day. Why wasn't item shipped on Friday?
