I don't even remember when I ordered this item, but it is still delayed in production. I am awaiting confirmation from the customer service folks on when it will actually ship.

I liked that the price included the shipping to Canada and that it was efficient and quick. The price was better than any other retailer that I have found. I will probably buy from you again.

I was suppose to get free shipping but online order added it. Contacted the cs and they emailed me back promptly and told me how it would be handled. I'm very satisfied with the service. The product is a great and exactly what I expected.

They have lightning-fast shipping and when I emailed them to thank them for shipping so quickly, I received a very nice response. I had compared prices and theirs were the lowest by far.
