I was missing a tracking number for an order direct from the vendor. I ended up receiving everything on time though.

Excellent value.I'm not too sure about refurbished items. The item I bought is new. I received my item sooner than I expected. I still think the shipping cost is a little high. When it is added to the purchase price the sale price is less of a deal. Over all I am fairly pleased. This is the 2nd item I've purchased and I am very satisfied with the first item I purchased.
