one item was wrong on the order which caused a delay, Geeks.com did correct this problem quite quickly. I am impressed with how quick customer service resolved this problem and got me the correct part.

I don't have any phones, but they insisted on talking on the phone. I don't understand why they cannot communicate by e-mail, or messengers. But overall, laptop is shipped on time properly. Thank you for that..

I cant tell by the model number on the hard drive, what is for. A desk top or for a laptop!

Geeks has a lot of neat items, Some times it is hard to tell if it5 is compatable with my system mainly my 64 bit opperating system. I wish they would make it a practice to list things like that
