I got the wrong power cord with a dvd burner I ordered. I emailed Geeks but never heard from them, that I know of. Now I'm going to try to send it back but I can't get a needed RMA number. They don't seem to have it together at all!

great selection of laptops. took five days not including the day order was placed, when i paid extra for two to three day shipping. happy with purchase but extremely not happy with shipping.

The two lacie servers ordered did not come with any startup software. I had to contact Lacie support and get the media sent to my house. It should have come from geeks.com in the box.
