i like geeks everyting ive ordered is good i just dont like fed-ex they are slow it takes fed-ex 5 days to get here.ups gets it here in 3 days

Customer service and the ease with which the problem was handled was excellent--I would definitely recommend geeks.com in the future regarding these aspects. Unfortunately, the item I purchased experienced problems within hours of receiving it.

Shipping was just barely on time. It took the full 7 business days. Product is fine, though the packaging looked like it was the ball in a soccer game. Item works perfectly, and could not be found cheaper.
