Description of item said it had a DVI port for monitor hook up when system arrived it was equipped with DMS-59. Geeks support staff sent out the proper adapter cable free of charge when I called to let them know of the mistake.

I received the product right away but it didn't work AT ALL. I like Geeks. com and I am surpised the would a product that doesn't work.

Geeks.com does not ship to Post Office Box addresses. They ship via FedEx SmartPost and alarmingly FedEx SmartPost delivers to the local Post Office. Since the local Post Office does not deliver to street addresses at this location, they...
