I was happy except the computer I received has scratches on top, the ESC key that falls off and the middle mouse button is stuck. I just didn't know that it would come with minor glitches. You should state the physical when describing the product.

No where in the add for the hard drive did I see anything telling me it was refurbished. However, it is refurbished. If I did not need it so bad I would send it back......very disappointed....

i amvery happy with my order but for some reason i tried to email a friend something to check out there because they are looking for a deal on exturnal hard drive so i tried emaling that page four timesand they still have not receaved them

You need to lower the shipping Charges to PR, being a US territory. Many people start shopping and when they see the shipping charges are quite high, they cacel the order.

Everything as described and on time except for one of the items obviously being a returned item or display unit of some kind. The DVD burner was in a torn up, taped up box, without the plastic wrapping inside. I haven't had time test it yet.

Please concentrate on find more verified products. I got about 1 return with 2 orders. There are many none working products.
