I was very happy with my purchase and experience with Bluefly. Unfortunately the item I purchased was too formal for the event I had purchased it for, so I have returned it - IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL DRESS! I plan on continuing my shopping with Bluefly/

One of my dressses came with no bluefly tag on it, making it impossible to return. So now I am stuck with a dress that doesn't fit that I can't return.

Usually DHL & POST OFFICE put mine to mail box or apartment office When I wasn't at home.But UPS just put my stuff in front of my door.I was really suprised.It's just lucky nobody pick it up!I'm asking to pay more attention about it.

I like Bluefly a lot. I wish they had a Canadian site which gave the amount in Canadian dollars and shipped from Canada. Then I wouldn't have to worry about the exchange rate and additional duties. I shop from you less; it costs more.

The pocket in the jacket I bought are sewn improporly. It is annoying to put my hands in the pockets, but I don't want to pay for shipping from Canada to have the jacket exchanged.

I play the Blue fly win a purse contest every day each time it is offered - I doubt anyone ever wins - in the past I have asked for the list of daily winners and never got a response. I believe it is a hoax.
