I received the confirmation that my return had arrived, but I think it is way too long for this to take ten buisness days and I think that the money should be credited into my account much faster.

Perfect item & shipping. It would be great to receive more information about sales/discounts/coupon codes, etc, especially incoming sales. An extra 10%off sale was held the next week I placed my order, so next time...

My first shipment contained the wrong dress. I shipped it back and did receive the correct dress. The second box was severally damaged. It was quite stressful since this is my first formal event.

I loved the shoes but unfortunately for me, they were too big. I am returning for and exchange. Bluefly service is excellent and I would not hesitate to make additional purchases or to recommend to friends.
