Very nice email customer service. I loved the hat, but it did not fit (I am a small person, but must have a fat head)- larger size was not available, but I found another :)
Returned the item and am waiting on new order.

The hat that was ordered was depicted (both picture and words) as brown but arrived black. Mittens were implied to be crafted in either Canada or the USA and were, in fact, made in China, a real disappointment.
