I was not aware that VentingPipe.com was "virtual warehouse" and need to have parts shipped from various locations across the country. This caused three of the four item's I ordered to arrive at seperate times. Would liked to have known beforehand.

The original material order was back ordered, Sales staff at VentingPipe.com
found a substitute and got it shipped. The material was received 11/25/09 and the installation is complete.

One of the pieces was backordered so it took longer than I wanted. The backorder held up the rest of the order. Some of the pipe was dented but I didn't have time to get a replacement so I fixed it myself.
