They did not return emails requesting the status of my order, the web site simply states my order is pending without an explanation as to why or an estimated shipping date.

I ordered a magazine for someone who is incarcerated thinking it would be delivered pretty fast, it wasn't and still hasn't been delivered. Needless to say I wish I never placed the order and never will again order from them.

the person i ordered this for , (for her 11thbirthday )did not receive the magazine and did not even receive a card stating she would receive it. I am not even sure the magazine even exists and would like to change my order all together.
