My order was placed on November 9, but it took a week for them to advise that one of four items ordered was out of stock. It then took another 3 days to receive the balance of the order. While not a huge deal, it seemed that this was too much time.

This is the 2nd "survey" I've filled out. What good does it do to fill out surveys when there is no response to them. This survey doesn't even have the correct order date...the date of my order was 11/1/09

Shipped to wrong address 100+ miles away. CS implied I had received shipment and was trying to steal from them. Contacted CS 3-4 times, consistently rude and unhelpful. Never received the shipment, never received an apology. Terrible company!!!

Each time I checked my order status naturamart the status of my order remain unchanged I needed to contact customer service in order to learn the status of my order.

The previous time I ordered the same product Naturamart delayed notifying me it was out of stock.d Glad I gave Naturamart a 2nd chance. Out of stock should be immediately available information.

my product was not in stock; it was on back order. it took an entire week to notify me. i would have gone elsewhere immediately if i knew it was not in stock. the product was healthcare related and i really needed it.

Quick delivery. I was never able to track the package however. Didn't really matter because my package arrived much sooner than I expected. It is nice to be able to track it though.
