I ordered my parts on the 12th of June, and I am being told they wont be here until the 10th of July. I have money to make, deadlines to meet, and my time is valuable. If I wanted to deal with complacency, I would have shopped locally.

The Eastwood Company is great. They have a lot of really nice/unique products, but some of the information in their catalogs is misleading. You have to look very closely at the combination/kits to make sure you are getting what you want.

I purchased a 15.00 book and shipping was 10.00 and took 10 days to recieve by FedEx. US mail would have been cheaper and quicker!

I had a lot of trouble finding the product I wanted on the website. I tried name and number and the product could not be found! I finally searched under the name of one of the products IN the package and the website "found it".Wasted a LOT of my time
