Except for Ralph Lauren.com, Nordstrom.com is my favorite on-line store. The only reason I like Ralph Lauren better is because they have a $5.00 flat rate for shipping until one spends $195.00. After that point shipping is free.

You did not indicate that this survey was related to buying from a website. I have not purchased anything from the Nordstrom on their website....
