I found the sizing to be a bit on the small size for the brown & white T-shirts and green turtleneck and the beige top was a bit on the large size. I never use to have a problem with sizing when ordering from VS.

I would like to not have to pay return shipping, esp if I called and said I ordered the wrong size in error.

Paying my VS card is so hard for a Canadian.By the time I remember that I need to pay my card I've missed the deadline,and then it has to be mailed.Then I sometimes have people calling me for a paym't, and then who knows what this does to my credit...

VS should not charge tax on shipping. Other companies don't do this. Their shipping rates are already very high and then to be taxed on them as well is an insult. Customer service used to be much better five years ago than it is now.
