items were as deswcribed but because size runs large I will check into a local return. I don't like the $6.95 return charge! you have to be able to try shoes on!

Was happy with my order.

footlocker has great serive and everything one could need,,,jordans to them all,,,fast and propm ontime delivery,,,,footlocker is the one resource to buy from!

Delivery was fine, however I did not like how much shipping was especially when it says a certain dollar amount and then you're charged more that what you thought it was going to be. Like a hidden fee!

I wanted to exchange my order at a local footlocker and when I ask the sales representative by phone her response was that it is better to mail it back. I think it's much easier to return the item at any local foot locker and if there's an exchange, as it was in my case, then it could have been sent to that store for pick up. I also think that when we are given 30% dicount coupons, there should be no restrictions. I normally purchase sneakers for many kid's in my family and friends and the Nike as well as the timberlands are always excluded!!! Bad business! (more)

very nice product, shipped fast

The order was for my son who is about play varsity football and is a rising senior. One of the details that I saw on the shoes that I didn't see online was that the shoes matches the high school colors. My son was elated when he saw them. For a mom to search and find the right cleats for a 17 year old male is awesome. Thank you Foot Locker for making it easy for me. Oh yeah and the prices was GREAT!!!!!! (more)

Product was correct but wrong shoe size. I was sent a size 9 instead of 9.5, good customer service

they canceled my order w/o contacting me and did not offer me similar product
