I was pleased with everything except being able to contact customer service. I waited on hold 45 minutes for my call to be taken. I called later in the evening (like 11:00 EST) in hopes that the lines would not be as busy.

I selected 2 day federal express and it said it would require signature upon delivery. I expected an email notification that it had shipped but did not receive one. The box was left in an unsecured carport. No one was home, no call was made.

I thought I had asked to have delivery to a secondary address, as this was a gift for someone in my household. Instead, delivery was made to my home. Don't know what happened. Otherwise, very pleased with the speed and accuracy of the delivery.

Not informed when I ordered the item that it wasn't in stock and would have to be ordered. I also never received an email that the product had been shipped. I logged on today and the product price was 7.00 less than what I payed. Bad business...

Anthony advised me that the window mount was not included in the box. He was incorrect as the power charger and cord were in the box. It was not shown in your add if it was to be included and was listed as an assessory.
