I ordered a basket for same day delivery. They delivered the basket and said I couldn't get the wine that day so they put extra stuff in the basket instead. I paid over $150 for a basket that contained frito lay products. I was disgusted!

You called and said you could not deliver to the place I needed to be delivered to, and you gave me a number for a gift store in that town that was no longer a business. I had to make up a gift basket and drive it 280 miles each way to deliver it.
