I received a very prompt response via telephone. The situation had been resolved and my order hd been placed.I was told when the items would be mailed. The order was promptley delivered. My order contained a hand written "thank you" from Erin. The only way I can think to top this degree of customer service would have been a special delivery from Austin to Cheyenne, Wyoming by Erin hrself. Thank you. (more)

Tehy no longer sell what i ordered and when I requested a link to pick something else, I did not get a response--probably shouldn't advertise for what they don't have---bad business!!!

I did not receive any feedback as to the shipping of the item. This was a "thank you" gift sent to friends, so it did not come to me. I emailed asking if it was shipped and received a response that it was. But I had to ask.

I am very pleased with the coasters that I ordered. They were delievered on time. I would like to see them carry a wideer selection of lower priced items like decks of cards, pencils, etc. that can be used for token gifts. I will use Guitars & Cadillacs again. (more)
