REI customer service was great. The product was backordered which wasn't great. The product unfortunately doesn't work properly so I will be returning it for a new one or another product. I will always recommend REI. Great service every time.

I really like the option of picking up deliveries at the store but because I didn't read carefully I ended up making two trips. I'd rather things arrive a little later but that the entire order is included unless, of course, things are back ordered.
