I still need to return 2 scratched pulls for credit from a prior order. I hope to get the applicable exchange without any difficulty, however until accomplished, one cannot be certain.

I contacted representative they told me they had delays on getting the product shipped out of the warehouse, it would be shipped today.The peer that e-mailed me back didn't know what they were talking about.

I am very satisfied with the quality of product. The frame clips are wrong. I needed clips for face frame. How can I swap or buy the right clips. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Shipping seemed a little slow. I ordered the product on 10/6 and it was shipped on 10/14. Also, since it took over a week to get the product shipped, it would have been nice to have a tracking number once the shipment took place.
