One of the items shipped was the wrong one. Customer service was excellent about reordering the right one, but we are still waiting for our return sticker to send back the incorrect item.

I ordered 2 bathroom lights. I received one. Later received an email saying the product had been discontinued and the 2nd light was not being sent. Went onto website found product for sale at $100 more than I paid for it. NOT DISCONTINUED at all!

the item i ordered is a glass pendant type of chandelier. it's really beautiful. however, it hangs precariously by the glass itself and the light bulbs actually lay on the glass. it will be hard to clean, and i wonder if the glass might give way.

THE ONLT PROBLEM I HAD WAS WHEN I TRIED TO ORDER THE SAME ITEM, IT WENT UP $50.00 IN PRICE. WAS LOOKING TO ORDERTWO MORE, ONE AS A GIFT AND THE OTHER FOR MY SON.
