They failed to notify item was out of stock for over a week and did not compensate or offeran alternative

Overall disappointed because quality of product is bad, and it was a clearanced item. Apparently I am not able to return it.

Ordered several times from StockBlowout, twice order has been left in the rain by UPS. Fortunately the products were allowed to carefully dry out thus being able to save items. I am displeased with UPS and do not recommend them.
