I do not like the new website. I cannot pull up different subjects. When I click on fiction, the only choices I get are Action/Adventure and ERotica. Change it back!

In the past, I haven't had a problem with BAMM.com. I preordered 2 copies of a book. According to the website, I should've received them on release date. I didn't realize (because it wasn't stated on the webpage) that if I chose the free shipping...

I paid $77.00 for two day shipping and Customer Service was going to watch the order being filled so it would get off on time but it did not come in and we had to mail the book to the participants after the event was over. I had to pay shipping...
