I love Books a Million and the online ordering process almost always - this was the first time it took 10 days for the product to reach me. While I will continue shopping BAM and BAM.com, it was irritating to wait so long for a book that I was so excited to receive. I even went in to a Books a Million before I received my book and was wishing I could just purchase it there instead of waiting so long for my order to arrive. Everything else about my order was great. (more)

I love booksamillion....they always have the books you want and if they have to order from another store they let you know so there is no guess work as to when you will receive your order. I always use booksamillion and recommend them to my friends.

I don't know if you have control over this or not, but I checked the status of my order and it seemed to get hung up in OKC, OK. Then a couple of days later arrived on my doorstep but the status never changed.

I wish my books would have arrived on their release date. I'm anxious to read Breaking Dawn, but it is still not here! It came out 6 days ago, and I received my first shipment of the 2 books that were already released AFTER August 2, as well! I would have paid under a dollar more to get it from Wal-Mart and could have had it on its release day! I will shop in the BAM store again, but I'm done with the website. I prefer Amazon, my shipments arrive before I expect them, even with free shipping selected. (more)
