I was very satisfied with my order personally, however, another consumer received her order with my invoice in it. She called, thinking my phone number was the customer service number. I was a little concerned with this occurance.

This was my first purchase from CHarlotte Russe. I wore the bracelets and necklace to work and everyone complimented on them and asked where I got them.

I brought back the pants that didn't fit me to a Charlotte Russe store and the sales representative said they are unable to order the size I wanted, even though they didn't have it in the store.
