The shipper damaged our rug - the wrapping was ripped and the rug had grease on the underside as well as a torn seam.

Part of my order was St. Francis Pewter Christmas Ornaments. I ordered 3 and there were 4 in the box -- one caught under the bottom flap of the box.

Instructions could be a little more in depth. It certainly took us longer than 10 mins. to install 1 pendant light and we had 2 more to do.

This is a Christmas present and won't be opened till then. I hope that if, when it is opened on Christmas, something is broken I will not have a problem with returning for another. Can't open now to inspect as wouldn't be able to get back in box.

Fireplace set matches our fireplace screen, which is what we wanted, but quality of set is only average, considering the price. Tools are not very long and of fairly lightweight material.

The item I ordered, flat wood sticks, is hard to find at local retailers. Also nice to have somrone els lug it up and down stps to my spt. door.
