I am very dissapoinetd on eparts reaction to my experiece by the dhipper epsarts used to ship my Item. I called jody she flew out of her handles when I tried to explain to her what had happened to my item. eparts customer service individual sucks.

The time with Eparts was a positive experience, I hold no malice to them that the manufacturer sent them a bad graphics card. I just opened a ticket with Jaton and hope the matter of the Jaton 3dForce 6200 AGP 8x 256mb DDR.
