Overall, a good online shopping experience. The website was easy to to navigate through, and their selection of CD's (especially old and out of print ones) was impressive. I was using a gift card, so it did not concern me that their prices were slightly higher than some other popular websites. (more)

Finding the item & placing the order was fast & easy. I chose to pick up the item from a local store. Although I received an email saying that my order was ready the day before I stopped in, it was not ready when I got there & it took nearly 15 minutes for me to pick up 1 item. (more)
