Ordering online for store pickup and you don't let a customer cancel the order in that store? That is sooooo fucking stupid. I could have picked up the item (a TV) and then immediately returned it at the same customer service counter.

One ordered item was not availble for pickup as indicated on the confirmation pick up email. Amanda at customer service put me in touch with Best Buy customer service to change it to shipping to home. Great customer service. Lousy buying...

I ordered a product and then found one that was better both at Best Buy and I then returned the one item to the store. It was the easiest thing I have ever did. Thank you so much. This is why I always shop at Best Buy

it would be nice if you could designate someone else to pick up the order when you place it. I work nights and was difficult for me with my hours and the store hours to get in to get the purchase.

When I receved my order I was upset to find that half of my order was filled incorrectly. I am very unhappy that I have to pay shipping again( that I already payed for)to get the correct item and pay to return the wrong item.
