The phone delivered had a connection cord that did not fit. The store took itback and I purchased a new phone. It was very easy but the phone support could not help me with the problem and continually told me to refer to Uniden.

I really liked the Bejeweled 2 deluxe game but there's a problem with the game cutting off. I thought it was going to be as the other software game I purchased from a website but it's not necessary to keep the cd in the drive in order to play it.

Everything went very smoothly with this order. I was able to use a Gift Card on line and save a substantial amount out of my pocket as well as record the purchase on my Best Buy Rewards card for future savings.

I couldn't exchange it, I had to return it, and when I went to immediately buy it again, the price was almost a hundred dollars more! I didn't buy it. I went to Staples and got the same computer for a hundred dollars LESS.

I had a horrible experience at the Best Buy store. After trying to purchase from two sales clerks (I was passed on because they were "leaving") and finally saying: I want to make a purchase; shall I go to Fry's?, I went on line.
