Childrens crocs were purchased. The quality of the product was very high. I would recommend anyone to purchase from REI. The product shipped very timely and came sooner than I expected seeing it was Christmas time. The shoes were the exact color as shown on the website. The website was easy to navigate, the order process was easy. My confirmation e-mail came with in minutes of my order being placed. (more)

REI always has what I need at a competitive price. They have excellent customer service both in-store and online. The return policy is wonderful, too. If a product does not work out, then one can return in the store or by mail with a generous time frame for return. (more)
