My exhaust filter was the wrong size but I can cut it to make it fit. It is the right material

Quality item at a good price. Poor communication and took too long to receive. Ordered on 11/3 & recieved 11/17. That is twice as long as the expected delivery time, which was supposed to be 3-to-7 days. Sent various emails & only received 1...

The order arrived today, 10/28/2009. I expected 5-7 day delivery so called last week. The person answering could not access the computer system so told me to call back later in the day. I am very satisfied with the item I ordered.
