Overall I like the site and the products they provide but I really don't feel that they make me feel important as a customer. I've ordered from other sites that will give me updates on the status of my order more frequently.

Placed order & hoped to have it for trip as I was out of the supplement I use-gave 2 wk cushon. Order never came! Kept calling-only got voice mail, then emailed & told my order never shipped. Priority mail has better ship rates but not used!

Service was excellent and I received package a day earlier than expected. After shopping around on the internet I found SB Muscle to always be the cheapest then all of their competitors. Excellent Service, Cheapest Prices, and Fast Cheap Shipping.
