I was under the assumption that the item I purchased was available immediately. I am waiting on this item for over 12 days. I am not happy. I found out that the item had to come from the manufacturer and that it could be up a week or so before...

Item ordered Dec 5 as a Xmas gift & was delivered on Feb 4. No-one notified me of delay. I called 7 times & left messages, e-mailed 8 times. NOBODY contacted me. Charged $588 on Dec 17th. NO customer service at all, never experienced worse.

I was charged and over a week went by until the items were shipped. You even had one of the items in stock. You did not ship until I called to find out what the delay was. When the items were finally drop shipped, they were sent to you and not me.

The only problem was that I ordered 2 sinks and i forgot to order the 2nd drain for the sinks and nobody called me before they processed the order so I could tell them to add it to the order.
