One item is back-ordered and two items were delivered. This review is primarily in regards to the two items that were delivered. Customer service did an excellent job of correcting the shipping selection for the other two received items.

I received a confirmation for this order and then 20 minutes later I got an e-mail stating that the order had been canceled. The item was no longer available. Would have been nice to know that before I struggled with their online payment merchant.

1/2 of order arrived right away. The other portion was on BO but I was not advised of that and in fact had to secure that information myself. No email advising the status of the order. It forced me to make alternate plans at the 11th hour.

Some of the tables arrived with dents. The quality of the tables met expectations and we like them. It is just too much trouble to pack them up and return the ones with dents. We are planning to keep them.

I was sent a Cuisinart rather than the Bodum glasses that I ordered. However, Customer Service resolved it in a timely manner and I was set out the correct items quickly.

We are still in the process of returning the grid that we ordered for our sinks. It would have been helpful the list the size of the grid since the company has changed the style. We did notice that our sink is still listed as an item on your web...

I dont yet know how the product I ordered works. I would be installing it for a week or two. The box it came was quite damaged although it doesnt look like the product was. Unfortunely I wont know until I install it.
