I would have appreciated it if Customer Service were more helpful, friendly and supportive. My experience would have been more pleasant.

Arrived a day earlier than I expected.

I wish you would have used.... UPS instead of Fed-x.... for the same price i would have had it sooner. it sat in Lake Oswego, Oregon (down the street) for 4 days till promised delivery date. seems overdone.

Disappointed that OneCall did not indicate that a signature would be required for product delivery and I was forced to pick-up the package. Overall product was great, just bad information during the purchase.

I couldn't be happier! Great price! No sales tax! Free delivery! I ordered it Tuesday and it was here Thursday by noon. Will definitely purchase from you again.

I found a deal on the internet to buy a Panasonic TH-50PZ85U Plasma Television. Onecall was offering the television with 600 dollars off that weekend, in addition to free shipping. The usual retail price of 2500 was down to 1900, and I thought that this was the best deal I would find on this television. So I checked the reviews, found them positive, checked the return policy, and sent in my order. Onecall doesn't accept returns on televisions over 21 inches, and I was worried about shipping damages, hearing about how fragile Plasma televisions are. The only negative aspect was tracking the package. I don't think USPS is very good about scanning and uploading their tracking information sometimes. The day this item arrived, USPS only said that it had shipped from Spokane, WA.

One Call choice in Frieght companies has a lot to be desired. The first package (TV) was all wet (I refused the package). The truck had holes in it. Then the second package took forever to recieve. In addition, the frieght companies customer service has a lot to be desired along with delivering the package two hours after the delivery window in which I had to take off work for. I sent an email to onecall regarding the experience and I got nothing. No applogies. Nothing. One Call's also does not stand by its word with pricematching. If you are just looking for a basic item and no issues arise, then this vendor is for you. If not, buyer beware. (more)
