One Call choice in Frieght companies has a lot to be desired. The first package (TV) was all wet (I refused the package). The truck had holes in it. Then the second package took forever to recieve. In addition, the frieght companies customer service has a lot to be desired along with delivering the package two hours after the delivery window in which I had to take off work for. I sent an email to onecall regarding the experience and I got nothing. No applogies. Nothing. One Call's also does not stand by its word with pricematching. If you are just looking for a basic item and no issues arise, then this vendor is for you. If not, buyer beware. (more)

Product was as described. Delivery was prompt. Price was very good. Product is well constructed but a bit of a hassle to assemble and install.

This has been an exceptionally good transaction from start to stop! The service is great! Much, much better than the Amazon.com experience I finally had to cancel. I will do business with OneCall from now on for all of my electronics purchases.

I previously ordered a camera from OneCall that arrived with no problems, so I was quick to order accessories as well. Again, no dramas; arrived as indicated, and I'm pleased with my purchase.

One day early - great response time from when purchase was made!

I loved the service I received from Onecall. Excellent customer service, web site and ordering. Also, I was not hit with any shipping cost surprises as with other websites. Usually Alaskans are gouged with extra shipping costs. Onecall will be the first site I will use for all my future electronic needs. And I will be telling my friends this also! (more)

Wanted to order 2 umbrellas for flashes, the website said "in stock". I called them on the phone just to be make sure that they do have them. The salesman told me that they were and would be shipped out the same day. Placed the order over the phone and later found out through the online tracking that the order is in "backorder" status. Called their customer service and was told that do not be alarmed about the backorder status since they are being shipped from a retail store and assured me that the order will be shipped out the same day. Later during that night, the status was changed to "in processing". But the following day changed back to "backorder" again. Called their customer service again... (more)
