I purchased the Sony Bravia TV and paid a little more from this site based on the reviews from other customers. I ordered online and was asked to confirm by 800 number which I did not. I received a confirmation email asking to call or reply via email and I chose the email method. I placed my order on Sat. the 12th and received my product on Thurs. the 17th,5 days earlier than the original delivery date. The delivery was made by ABF freight and they called and confirmed the same day of delivery. The tracking number provided gave me up to the minute status on my order and I was impressed. My credit card was not charged until delivery was made and the TV arrived in mint condition. All this was done... (more)

I received my item within the specified time with all item in good condition

It would be very helpful if you offered a shipping option via United States Postal Service. FedEx is wonderful, but very expensive. There is no reason to force customers to use only one shipper.

One Call was great to work with. I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received. The order was exactly what we needed and delivery was sooner than expected. Payment by an alternate means was made easy with the help of customer service. (more)

I ordered this TV - or one very similar - which was listed as 'Back ordered' in October of 2007. I did not hear from any one on the order status which resulted in calling a number of times to check on the status. Each time I called, the customer service rep was very profesional and polite but could not really provide an answer - no fault of theirs. I finally gave up and waited awhile and then submitted another order which was handled very expeditiously. Perhaps the initial complication was compounded thru the holiday season. (more)
