This is the fourth fan motor I bought from ID. I bought two when my second fan motor failed in anticipation of needing one for my third bathroom. I did about a year later and when I went to use the motor, the back fell off rendering it useless.

Delivery was poor but it was not the fault of Improvement Direct. UPS screwed up the delivery and it took 2 weeks to get the product out of a delivery warehouse.

I like the site but i dont like how you get charged for backorders even when they take several months. I order often and really only had trouble with one item taking several months to get.
