We wanted to purchase the Rancilio package including free coffee, descaler and utensils. The web page noted free shipping was to be included but as we proceeded to checkout we were charged $36 for shipping so canceled that order.

This item had recently experienced a price increase and I am grateful that Onwinetime seems to have sold their current stock at the prevailing price rather than marking them up to the new price. That speaks volumes to me.
