Order comes in two different shipment which is unexpected. I thought there's error during order placement in the beginning. No additional notice/email received about the 2nd shipment.

Live chat would not connect due to unavailable support. Hold time on support phone was lengthy. Order placed on 1/3/2012 and no update until I called on 1/17/2012. Would be good to tighten-up these areas as I ordered due to the British Airways...

I have not received my purchase so I was without a gift for a family member. I will most likely return the items and not return to shop here. There were many other places I could have gotten the same items. VERY UNHAPPY customer.

One of the product was broken and couldn't even find the broken piece. A gift inside was open and got all over other product. It was not packed well.
