I bought the blu-ray burner for my macbook to use with toast. So far it does not work. I think the software is the problem, but the external drive is useless to me if Toast does not do what I want.

I'm a loyal customer of OWC for several years and not just because of the good prices, knowledgeable staff, but because OWC takes the guesswork out of purchasing hardware and software to run on my 10 year old mac. When I buy from OWC it just works.

Haven't had a chance to put new hard drive in laptop yet. Don;t know if there are any issues, but don't expect any hardware failure.

Excellent quality and delivery. Thank you support staff for letting me know that eSATA run from the motherboard would not be "seen" as an internal drive--saved me a lot of useless hassle!

I had trouble setting up the dvd/cd drive, and the tech support said I should return the item and he would have another shipped. I did not receive a return shipping label, a new dvd/cd drive or any correspondence.
