The pre-written letters I got were not as helpful as I had hoped. I also got an under-table storage container, but it doesn't stay put with duct tape, and I don't know how else to attach it. The notebooks and sentence strips were great.

The book bag I ordered was not the one I had in mind. It was my fault, however, when I received my order, I was disappointed that it was not what I thought it was going to be. I am satisfied overall with my purchase.

Office hours are hard to contact during.
Shipping rates are OUTRAGEOUS!!! It doesn't cost $8.00 to ship 1 small box of reading bags!!!!!!!!
