I was charged twice for my order and was shipped two x-boxes. I plan on shipping one back for a refund. Besides this issue I was pretty satisfied with my order.

When we received the product there was still several saved names & games from the previous owner of the product. I expected that on a refurbished item there would not be any saved information still on the system.

I specificly wrote a letter in my package stating i had a DVD stuck in the Xbox console, i also included a CD case to put this DVD in. For some reason a letter and a CD case weren't enough of a clue that i wanted my ****ing DVD back.

Just spent around $225 to fix an old ps3.Could have bought a new one for $299.Was supposed to cost "no more than $150".We'll see.Time will tell.If this repair can last at least 2 years - I'll be satisfied.
