Your website still shows my xbox 360 awaiting pickup by the carrier..I have it hooked up to my tv and playing it now so it needs updated I guess. Other than that works great..no 3 rings of death so pretty happy having it back and working. Thank you..

Was supposed to receive the Xbox 360 pro on the 9th of Nov. Well, it never came. Called you & was told that the shipment was not made due to the back load of orders & p/u will be within the next day or 2. Been tracking through Fedex..no update since...

I was charged twice for my order and was shipped two x-boxes. I plan on shipping one back for a refund. Besides this issue I was pretty satisfied with my order.
