My biggest and only complaint was that there was no information received with my item to return it if necessary. also there was no phone number to call and speak to a representative about the matter if it did occur.

I spoke to an individual at U Got A Deal to verify that the product was pink. She called me back to say that the product was pink. It was delivered while I was on vacation, so I didn't discover it was WHITE until too late.

Web site design seems just a little amateur-ish. I loved the stereo, BUT I expected that the bluetooth would both dial my phone AND play the songs on my phone, it doesn't play the songs, that's very disappointing, oh well.
