I ordered a total of 3 blinds. However I received only two. There was a mistake from the manufacture. I called Customer Service, to resolve the problem. I am still waiting for the third blind. I was a bit sad that the order was not fulfilled right.

One of the blinds did not have an end cap attached properly. It had some of the fabric trapped in the endcap. When I adjusted it, the fabric was wrinkled. This blind was to be a Hunter Douglas brand but there are no trade mark markings on the blind. Also, the pull on the cord is different from all the other Hunter Douglas blinds I purchased. I would expect better quality from a Hunter Douglas blind. I question whether this is actually made by Hunter Douglas. (more)

I have not received the product ordered yet. It said 10-12 days from order date but I got an email saying it wouldn't get shipped until 9/3/08.

Blindsgalore has a user friendly sight with a wide selection of products. Also, they provide good communciation on order status and I like the 15% discount on orders over $300.
