the item was here within 2 days of me ordering it. That was wonderful. The item is small but came in a big box stuffed with paper. That was a waste of paper to me. It should be shipped in a smaller package which would be better for the envirnment

Zzsounds should indicate, online, which items are coming from their western warehousing facility vs. their eastern, so if I need my items quickly, I can order items that are coming ONLY from the facility nearest me.

I ordered MONSTER MIDI cables, but both of them arrived DEFECTIVE. I had to go to Guitar Center to exchange them.

I used the speakers this weekend and they sounded great! However, when they arrived one had a broken handle. I purchased them "blemished," yet I did not expect anything to be broken. They sound great, but I would like to have the handle fixed.

I found zZounds to be an excellent store to purchase from. They had the lowest price on the Amplifier that I bought. The item was shipped and arrived on time I have made many purchases on line over the years. zZounds deliverd as promised.

The wires were partially melted in several places on the product. As if it where exposed to extreme heat during transport.
