I didn't feel as if zzounds followed through on one of the calls I made regarding my order; if I hadn't called them back a week later, I would not have known that they did nothing to get the order placed; however, they were quick to get it...

the item was here within 2 days of me ordering it. That was wonderful. The item is small but came in a big box stuffed with paper. That was a waste of paper to me. It should be shipped in a smaller package which would be better for the envirnment

I ordered MONSTER MIDI cables, but both of them arrived DEFECTIVE. I had to go to Guitar Center to exchange them.
