The items were initially back-ordered but they did not notify me of that. I had to call them to determine new est. ship date. They should provide notification of the "Back Ordered status" immediately after order is placed.

ordered 4 items and paid for 4 items plus shipping by PayPal received one item with bill for just one item with no explanation as to status of remaining three items hopefully can resolve Labor Day weekend delivery so will resume contact Tuesday
