Your website clearly indicated that some of the items I ordered were back ordered so I really have no cause to be upset (and I am not honestly) but the delay was much longer than I expected it to be. But I am glad to have the product at reasonable...

I contacted livechat customer support twice and have yet to recieve a shipping label for a jacket that ran small and the zipper was defective.
Both times I was assured that I would recieve an email return label 'in a couple days'.
