I called customer service and had to leave a message. No one returned my call. I chose to take a gamble and ordered my item anyway and I am very pleased with my order and the price I paid. It is a Christmas gift, so it has not been opened yet.

I had a call from a very fast talking person asking me to commit to purchasing other items. I expect to receive in the mail this information and I told them i did not want any of these items. No further orders from me.
