My 1850 psi Karcher washer was delivered on time, but was broken in several pieces. The yellow front of the machine was broken and pushed into the motor/pump area. I immediately called CPO Karcher and they said they would send out a relacement . BJ

First shipment had a broken wheel but customer service shipped the second one next day and it arrived todayVisually everything seems to be o. k. Have not had a chance to use it at this time.

unit seems to perform well, i will truly test it on next job at a horse barn cleaning top to bottom ... I did notice it has a mid grade pump on unit ,but thats what a warrranty is for. look forward to working it hard....

When the package was delivered, there appeared to be an oil leak. My husband checked it and the cap to the oil dispenser was loose.

Great product at a good price. Packaging was sub-optimal, and there was a problem with the pressure hose reel being jammed, and the reel itself has some loose parts. Pressure washer otherwise functions very well.
