I had to call 3 times to get a return shipping label. The tail lights that were sent were not what was ordered.

The entire process of purchasing items from 360 tuners was very smooth, especially considering I live outside the USA. The only problem is that I still have not recieved the other item in my order.

MAKE IT MORE USER FRIENDLY TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE ABOUT YOUR ORDER .I WAS VERY HAPPY GETTING A TRACKING NNUMBER FOR UPS AND MY PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED THRU THE U.S. MAIL AND I WAS CHARGED $9.00 FOR UPS SHIPPING
