the corner feeding bowl I ordered really doesn't work, because cages bars are different hiegths, the side bars being slightly off from the front bars. When our pet hops up to eat, it pulls the bowl off the little holders

Whilst I am delighted with the speedy service, the products are faulty. The press studs on the support frames won't secure. Is it possible the manufacturer of the dog carriers (SKU 325710) could send us 4 more support frames?

The Chicken Nibbles I ordered were very dark - they looked burned. I'm concerned that they are not the same quality. I've emailed LRPS in the past - did not receive an answer so didn't feel it was worth trying again.
