The first time I ordered from you I received my order quickly. The second time definitely took longer. If you have a catalog could you please send me one. I have a dog rescue so I use a lot of dog products.

The chews I ordered smell so bad that I can't allow my dogs to chew them. They literally smell up the entire house, and when I did allow the dogs to chew, their faces were saturated with the foul smell. It is a sour, foul smell that is very noticeable to all who entered my home. It was disguisting. (more)

It would have been nice to know when something was out of stock before going to the shopping cart. It was a little difficult figuring that out.
