wondered about order&called to check;ups tracking#& all emails appeared as if items were shipped;however, items never left the warehouse;now, one item no longer available. the cust. svc rep is sending item overnight compensate for the error

The sizing on these pants was totally different than other C&B pants...I returned the ordered ones because they were too big, and bought the same size of different pants at the store
