I live in Canada and the cost of shipping for the parts I ordered far exceed the cost of the goods itself. THey should ship small items by US mail instead of UPS.

I did not want to fill out the servey until I actually had the hitch in, in case I had to return it. Ordering the right part was no problem, getting it in was a snap (once I gournd off the cheap GM bolts) My son and I, 45 minutes.

Everything was fine with the order until it was lost. I don't know if this was UPS's problem or yours. I was contacted though and made aware of the problem and I did appreciate that. I called to request a shipping refund, but haven't received it yet.

I ordered a receiver hitch after Kevin @ suspension connection assured me it would fit my 2010 Equinox. It should be different from earlier year's models, but he was unaware of this. I will have to have it modified to make it work.
